Thumbnails not updating after editing an advert


If the thumbnail doesn't update automatically after editing an existing advert in the CMS, we recommend clearing your cache.

To clear the cache for the adverts page on screenspace.live, press the following keys simultaneously on your keyboard:


Ctrl + ⇧ Shift + R or

⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift + R on Mac.


Using the shortcut ensures cache is cleared for this page only, not affecting other websites.
