Changing your password


You can easily set a new password directly in the CMS.

All you need to do is click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select My Account



You can now click on Reset Password and type your new password. 

Attention when changing your password

If you change either your Screenspace account login details or your WiFi credentials, you need to setup your player again. First you need to Reset your player (See how to do that here). Once that is done, you need to create a new USB setup file and go through the steps detailed above. 


Please be aware that for security reasons we limited the number of login attempts to 6. Your account will temporarily be locked after exceeding this number.

You can either get in touch with us to unlock your account or wait and try again after 15 minutes if you have the correct login details to hand.
