Sharing with my colleagues


If you're set up as a company with multiple users able to access the same Screenspace account, you can share adverts, playlists, schedules and screens with your colleagues.

In other words, you can choose who has the right to edit any content that you create, or who can publish to your screens.

This feature is popular in organisations where certain users create the content, but different users retain the rights to publish that content to your screens.

Sharing a screen

Share a screen if you want to give other users permission to publish to your screen.

  1. Go the Screens page in the CMS
  2. Under the screen that you wish to share, click Share
  3. Select the users who you wish to share the screen with and click the Share button
  4. To unshare, or share with different people, just repeat the process and check/uncheck the relevant users.



Sharing an advert or a playlist

To share an advert or a playlist, follow the same process as above from the Advert or Playlist page in the CMS.

  1. Go to the Adverts or Playlists page in the CMS
  2. Under the advert or playlist that you wish to share, click Share
  3. Select the users who you wish to share it with and click the Share button
  4. To unshare, or share with different people, just repeat the process and check/uncheck the relevant users.
