"Incorrect Password" when connecting to a player
Interference of other networks in a busy WiFi environment may be preventing you from connecting to your player in the Screenspace app.
If you receive an "Incorrect Password" error message when connecting, this is almost certainly the case.
Solution
Press the reset button on your player and wait 5 seconds before trying to connect again.
On the top of your screen you will be able to see the player switching to the next channel, as shown on the picture below:
Altogether there are 11 channels, and you may need to switch more than one channel. In our experience, it is rarely needed to switch channels more than three times.
